Job Purpose
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Lean Transformation Engineer to work in the Project Services Lean & Digital organization.
The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Lean principles and methodologies, along with a proven track record of successfully leading Lean transformations within complex organizations.
As a Senior Lean Transformation Engineer, you will play a key role in driving operational excellence, optimizing processes, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Hybrid work : 3 days in the Office / 2 days flexible / Home Office
Job Description
Develop and execute comprehensive Lean transformation plans, including establishing clear objectives, milestones, and metrics for success.
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior Lean practitioners and team members to ensure alignment with Lean principles and best practices.
Lead and oversee the implementation of Lean methodologies, tools, and practices across the organization.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and waste reduction.
Conduct thorough assessments of current processes, workflows, and systems to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
Design and implement Lean training programs to educate employees at all levels on Lean principles, tools, and techniques.
Drive cultural change by fostering a mindset of continuous improvement and empowering employees to proactively identify and implement process improvements.
Partner with senior leadership to gain buy-in and support for Lean initiatives, and provide regular updates on progress, challenges, and opportunities.
Lead Kaizen events, value stream mapping exercises, and other Lean workshops to drive rapid improvements and achieve targeted outcomes.
To assess the effectiveness of Lean initiatives and drive accountability for results.
You are meant for this job if :
Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
Experience in Lean transformation roles, with a proven track record of driving significant improvements in operational efficiency and performance.
Strong understanding of Lean principles, methodologies, and tools, such as value stream mapping, 5S, Kanban, Kaizen, and visual management.
Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects from conception to implementation.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Experience being a thought leader with the ability to influence change in different levels of the organization.
Experience working with multiple stake holders in a matrix organization.
Transformation Leadership experience.
Proven experience on continues improvement and cross functional relationships
Excellent interpersonal skills with strong verbal & written communication skills
Knowleadge about lean transformation frameworks, AME / lean sensei / shingo model / LEI / EFQM / , etc
