You assist in planning, developing and execution of capital projects, technical development, feasibility perspectives of engineering-related activities in the supply chain and capital-expense project execution to support growth, world-class manufacturing and productivity with the highest level of quality, safety and environmental requirements.
You help ensure sure that Mondelēz business and innovation processes in project management and Mondelēz standards in execution are followed.
How you will contribute
The role supports capital project execution, and you will be accountable for the quality of the results and execution of capital projects using Mondelēz standards, and business and innovation processes in project management.
You will help define and deliver the capital and technical agenda during the development phase of capital investments with stakeholders so that accurate budgets, plans and fit-for-purpose technical solutions are provided and develop the capital budget according to the contract and forecast cash flow.
You will also help ensure that applicable engineering developments and standards are properly implemented, and support the development and implementation of state-of-the-art processes and equipment strategies to optimize resources, harmonize assets and rollout best practices.

- Responsável pelo planejamento, desenvolvimento e execução de Projetos técnicos na Fábrica de Curitiba
- Apoiará o desenvolvimento e implementação de processos e estratégias de equipamentos de última geração para otimizar recursos, harmonizar ativos e implantar as melhores práticas.
- Desenvolver relações de colaboração com Stakeholders : Manufatura, Segurança, Qualidade, Manutenção e etc.
- Garantir que os desenvolvimentos e padrões de engenharia aplicáveis sejam devidamente implementados;
- Acompanhar o projeto através do controle dos KPIs da área, desenvolvendo um plano de mitigação quando necessário;
- Desenvolver e conduzir projetos de redução de custo e melhoria de disponibilidade dos ativos industriais;
- Contribuir com o diagnóstico e solução de problemas em máquinas e equipamentos, conduzindo análises de falha e gerenciando suas ações;
Requisitos
- Formação completa Engenharia (Mecânica, Civil, Industrial, Processo )
- Inglês Avançado ou Fluente
- Experiência com Projetos Mecânica, Civil, otimização de processo
- Experiência em gestão de CAPEX e OPEX.
- Gestão de Projetos, resolução de conflitos e competências interpessoais
- Base : Curitiba (Hibrido : Segunda a Sexta) com possibilidade de home office alinhado com a liderança
