What you'll do
We are seeking a visionary Engineer FinTech Director to lead our digital payments team. As the Engineer FinTech Director, you will be responsible for leading and shaping our digital payments strategy and technology. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive the development and delivery of cutting-edge digital payment solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong engineering background and exhibit outstanding leadership skills, also advanced English proficiency is strongly recommended, as we operate in a global environment.
- Digital Payment Strategy: Develop and execute the digital payments strategy, ensuring alignment with the company's vision and goals.
- Engineering Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of engineers and developers, fostering their growth and ensuring they are aligned with the company's objectives.
- Payment Product Development: Oversee the end-to-end development of digital payment products and services, ensuring they meet customer needs and comply with industry standards and regulations.
- Technology Innovation: Stay at the forefront of digital payments technology, identifying emerging trends and opportunities for innovation.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, design, compliance, and sales, to ensure the seamless integration of paymes.nt solutions.
- Security and Compliance: Ensure that digital payment solutions adhere to the highest security and compliance standards, protecting customer data and transactions.
- Performance Metrics: Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the performance and effectiveness of digital payment product
What you'll need
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field. Additional business or financial qualifications are a plus.
- Proven experience in digital payments, including expertise in payment technologies, platforms, and infrastructure.
- Strong leadership and team development skills, with the ability to inspire and lead engineering and cross-functional teams.
- In-depth knowledge of payment protocols, security measures, and regulatory requirements in the FinTech industry.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to facilitate technical discussions and collaborate across teams.
- Experience with emerging payment technologies, including blockchain, cryptocurrencies, and mobile payment solutions.
- Analytical mindset and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Adaptability and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
