WHAT YOU'LL DO
Reporting to the Program Lead, an Enrolment Specialist is responsible for both online and offline customer acquisition to nurture potential leads into customers
Proactively manage and respond to a high volume of prospective learners through various channels – phone, video calls, chat and in person events
Own targets and manage a robust pipeline of prospective learners in HubSpot to achieve measurable results against a range of funnel management and activity metrics.
Continuously learn and master the course catalogue through training and independent research to offer the best enrolment experience to prospective learners
Facilitate eligible candidates’ enrolment journey which includes processing of online registrations, identity verification, screening for the suited track and ensuring online payment transactions prior to the start of class
Ensure accuracy and validity during enrolment by conducting document and contract checks throughout enrolment process
Handle withdrawals/deferments before start of course
Keep accurate and detailed records of documents
Provide daily updates on the progress on registration and enrolment status (including withdrawals)
- Be the main point of support for candidates keen to enrol onto BCG U RISE programs.
- Review existing processes with the team to initiate, develop and implement improvements

YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, process-driven, maturity to represent the BCG brand effectively
- Empathetic and confident during sales pitches with exceptional closing skills
- Ability to understand an individual’s wants and needs to offer a logical solution
- Minimum of 2 years in consultative sales, consumer sales or admissions/ recruiting
- Meticulous with an eye for detail, organised and able to multi-task
- Able to work independently and cohesively within a small team environment
- Experience in administrative roles (Comfortable with Excel functions and having experience with CRM software)
- Business background (e.g.: Diploma, Degree, relevant industry experience) preferred
