YOUR ROLE
- Steers excellence in implementation of global innovations;
- Collaborates with Trade Marketing Heads, marketing teams for planning, budgeting, production and implementation of all in-store activities;
- Collaborates with product managers and marketing team to implement sales promotions and product communication;
- Develops trade programs in line with sales strategy;
- Coordinates and monitors the execution of related sales activities;
- Collects and analyzes necessary information to identify opportunities;
- Supports Trade Marketing teams in the execution of the activities and in achieving their sales and budget objectives;
- Ensures that the desired product benefits and brand values / equity are properly communicated.
YOUR SKILLS
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or similar areas;
- Fluent communication skills in English, both written and spoken;
- Availability to constant visits and travels to clients in São Paulo and other states;
- Trade Marketing and Marketing experience with consumer products;
- Experiencie with distributors is a plus;
- Experience with beauty products is a plus;
- Brand development, building and management skills, with market analysis and planning skills;
- Excellent knowledge in analytical tools, such as Power BI and SAP;
- Convincing and influencing innovation strategy for the business;
- Good communication with different customers.
