Strategic Projects Pursuit Leader

We are currently seeking a motivated and passionate leader to join our team in the role of HPS (Honeywell Process Solutions) Strategic Projects Pursuit Leader to be based in UK&I. In this important role, you will act as the Project Pursuit Leader for selected strategic, typically large international projects, working with end customers, global engineering companies (EPC) and other stakeholders. You will be also responsible for dedication of internal company resources to develop win strategy, value proposition, and overall coordination to make sure sufficient resources will enable effective and timely execution of agreed strategy and plan.

Key required skills and qualifications

·        Experience in Solution sales (Process Automation & Control industry)

·        Bachelor’s degree as minimum in engineering or related

·        Proven strong record in Business Development and in Sales

·        Executive presence and excellent communication skills

·        Proven record of experience in complex international sales and projects

 We Value:

 Strong understanding of the Process Automation & Control industry processes and the specific needs of various stakeholders in large projects.

·        Readiness to travel to visit customers 50% of the time.
