We are looking for a high potential professional and excited person who’s able to lead, coordinate and execute field service Marine business delivery jobs for Regions Central and South Americas. This professional will work as Field Service Operations Coordinator to meet business targets and KPIs ensuring efficiency, quality and customer satisfaction in all delivery activities. Close cooperation with other stakeholders and colleagues within the Regions to achieve the goals and actions for Operational excellence as a Team.
In this position, you will report to the Field Service Operations Manager in Wärtsilä, and the preferred location of the position is in Rio de Janeiro/RJ, Brazil.
Main responsabilities:
- Coordination of field service resources during scheduled and unscheduled maintenance at site and on board.
- Accountable for controlling the costs of Field Services jobs, keeping in mind, quality, and safety.
- Ensuring customer business efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Coordinating multiple service jobs simultaneously.
- Planning and preparation of services and monitoring Field Service KPI’s (key product indicators) such as margin, time to invoice, orderbook and WIP (work in progress).
- Acts as contact person for the customer from service kick-off up to the invoice.
- Comply with Safety and ISO processes for all personnel, tools, and machines to ensure safety, accuracy, and quality of all services.
Requirements:
- Studies on Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
- Advanced English (written and spoken)
- Experience in the Marine Industry will be a plus
- Customer understanding
- Cost awareness & effectiveness
- Spanish is desirable
Skills:
- Experience with people management will be a plus
- Ready to deal with unforeseen event
