DESCRIPTION:
Responsible for the finance activities of the business unit, conducting the operational management of existing projects, project finance, derivatives (NDF, SWAP, etc.).
Responsible for the process of raising funds from banks and/or capital markets and structuring derivatives for debts and capex.
MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Guarantee the operational management of the existing financial contracts, that is, the fulfillment of all covenants established in the financing and debt contracts;
- Maintain a relationship with the banks in relation to identify changes or new modalities and market conditions for financing, derivatives, etc;
- Responsible for process with commercial banks, development banks or capital markets (BNDES, BNB, Debentures, 4131, etc.);
- Structure and manage the group's derivatives (debt or capex derivatives);
- Reporting to the corporate department, providing relevant data related to business treasury and financing operations;
- Assists M&A with financial assumptions.
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance, Engineering or Business Administration. Postgraduation or MBA is preferable.
LANGUAGES:
Ability to read, write and speak Portuguese and English fluently, Spanish is a plus.
REQUIRED PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE: consistent experience in the finance and/or treasure area, in large companies, banks, audit or consulting companies preferably in the electric sector, acting directly in the contracting and negotiation (analysis and negotiation of contracts) of short and long term financing, with commercial and development banks and capital markets (BNDES, BNB, Debentures, 4131, etc.). Experience in M&A will be considered a plus. Knowledge in integrated ERP systems (SAP is preferable), office package - mostly excel and power point, financial math, financing and derivatives contracts analysis.
