Do you have an eye for detail and are you detail oriented? You are an excellent coordinator and know how to set up and oversee various processes? Then you are the Finance Employee we are looking for!
As a Finance employee you are an important link in our team. You manage our administrative processes properly and fulfill a multidisciplinary role, which requires a hands-on mentality.
You are the support and source of our General Manager; you oversee mistakes in the field of financial administration; accounts receivable and accounts payable management, invoicing and carries out monthly financial controls. You also monitor and control administrative processes.
Functie-eisen
· You have MBO+ working and thinking level;
· At home in (financial) administrative tasks and have insight into figures;
· You are good at completing lists, you don't stop until things are completed.
· You enjoy taking care of administrations down to the last detail
· You are able to work from a broad range of tasks;
· Good Dutch language and good oral and written communication skills
· You have knowledge of the Office package (Word, Excel, Outlook), knowledge of FOLS and Opera cloud is a bonus!
· You are accurate and have a flexible attitude and representative appearance
