DNV’s Energy Systems Region South Europe, Middle East Africa and Latin America delivers services to the complete value chain in the electrical energy system and oil & gas and through the whole life cycle of energy investments.Together with the project controllers, business controllers and one Regional Finance & Performance Manager you will learn to monitoring, manage and maintaining complete and accurate records of projects of Energy Systems. Responsibilities: Set-up, maintenance and monitoring/controlling of orders/projects in Finance Systems Archiving of project and subsidy documentation Preparation and issuance invoices in oracle according to tax law requirements Supporting bad debts collection Produce and evaluate work in progress, review of status for invoicing Review supplier’s invoices and allocate them to the corresponding project Support and information: responsible for timely and correct supply of relevant data to Business Controllers, Project Controllers and Project Managers There are plenty of opportunities for personal growth through our 70-20-10 philosophy (70% learning on the job, 20% coaching and 10% training) and an individual career development plan in long term.
