We are looking for "Financial Reconciliation Analyst II" to join our team in Brazil.
Responsabilities:
- Organize monthly accounts payable statements, statements, timely urge suppliers to reconcile statements, as well as reporting statements, follow up on the progress of financial payments
- Organize monthly deductions, submit deduction slips in a timely manner, and associate them to the statement
- The supplier will accept the goods within one day after arrival according to the system warehousing data, and remind the supplier to confirm the statement
- Validate the supplier payment information of SRM system and ensure the normal payment every month
- For the business side of the advance payment request form submitted to assess the audit, to ensure that the progress of payment and the accuracy of the audit. Including the accuracy of the information in the advance payment request form and the assessment of the reasonableness of the advance payment request
- The strict implementation of the settlement system, process and settlement statement audit requirements.
Requirements:
- Fluent in English, Chinese is preferred, more than 3 years of medium and large fashion brand apparel company reconciliation financial experience
- Finance graduates, with efficient cross-departmental communication and collaboration skills
- Have a strong sense of responsibility, patience and stress resistance, work carefully, rigorous, with good logical thinking ability, understanding, can quickly adapt to change
- Strong learning initiative, can skillfully use OFFICE office software
- Have other Internet platform company related settlement work experience is preferred.
