What you will do:

  • Create, manage, and optimize email campaigns, including segmentation, A/B testing, and automation.
  • Develop and implement Email Marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, retention, and engagement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure email campaigns align with overall marketing and business objectives
  • Track and analyze key performance metrics to optimize campaign performance and drive continuous improvement

What you need to succeed in this role:

  • Fluent communication skills in written and spoken English (at least C1)
  • 3-5 years of experience as an Email Marketing Specialist
  • Proficiency in marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, HubSpot, Marketo, or similar tools.
  • Expertise in segmentation, email automation, crafting campaigns for education or digital products
  • Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems
  • Familiarity with email deliverability best practices and anti-spam regulations
  • Excellent written communication and copywriting skills

Will be a great plus:

  • Knowledge of HTML and CSS for email template customization
