This function has a role of technological and business leadership in the process of competitive transformation of the company, having as its main functions :
- Support the Business Operation from the finance functionality in the SAP-TRINITY System.
- Develop and implement, together with the local and global teams, timely and reliable solutions to the requirements of the business units (Petcare / Wrigley) for the LATAM countries that allow the Business to continue operating smoothly in SAP-ATLAS.
- Being custodian of the Adequate Segregation of Functions in the SAP-TRINITY System.
- Generate operational efficiencies in the finance area by implementing improvements / automation etc in SAP-TRINITY
What are we looking for?
- Operation Support in SAP-TRINITY for the Finance area.
- Build and promote the technical growth in SAP of the key users of each of the Finance areas.
- Innovate, discover, create and implement mechanisms to improve Finance Business processes in order to generate operational efficiencies.
- Monitor, Request and Safeguard the appropriate profiles in the Atlas-Trinity System for users within the Finance module in order to mitigate any risk in the operation.
- Be the relationship link between the Business and the Local, Regional and Global teams of Mars IS.
- Be the relationship link and work together with the Global Business Process Owners (BPO's) of Finance.
What will be your key responsibilities?
- Solution and Follow-up of incidents in the System, together with global teams and BPOs, through the tools / procedures of the COE (Center of Excelence) of Mars IS.
- Monitoring and Validation of updates and improvements to the System generated by local initiatives or global changes of the COE.
- Training and periodic training for key users in each area of Finance.
- Involvement in the operation of the Business to identify strengths / areas of opportunity in the financial processes of the unit and thus be able to challenge and improve current processes.
- Plan, negotiate and execute special business requirements (local & global) that require an integrating project with the involvement of different areas.
- Benchmark financial processes between the different segments of the unit or with other Mars units.
- Periodic meetings with the Governance team to identify and mitigate risks in the Segregation of Duties of the Atlas-SAP System.
- Prioritization of the different business projects and system support activities
