OperationalManagement : Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure efficient andeffective functioning of all departments.
Develop and implementoperational strategies, policies, and procedures to optimizeproductivity, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Monitor keyperformance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective actions asneeded. - Strategic Planning : Collaborate with the executive teamto develop and execute the company’s strategic plan.
Identifyopportunities, evaluate procedures and teams,, and developstrategies . - Align operational plans with the company’s overallvision and objectives.
Financial Management : Monitor financialperformance, analyze variances, and implement actions to ensureprofitability and financial sustainability.
Review contracts,pricing models, and vendor agreements to optimize financialoutcomes. - Regulatory Compliance : Stay abreast of companyregulations, and compliance requirements - Team Leadership andDevelopment : Lead and inspire a diverse team of professionals.
Setclear goals, provide guidance and mentorship, and promote a cultureof collaboration and innovation. Foster professional developmentand ensure the team has the skills and resources necessary to meetoperational objectives.
Stakeholder Management : Build andmaintain strong relationships with key internal stakeholdersRequirements - Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, businessadministration, or economics.
MBA or Master in Finance is a plus. -A minimum of 6 years of experience in management positions. -Experience in the payments industry.
- Strong knowledge of Finance,ideally Accounting, conciliations, etc. - Advanced Excel user. -Advance English level is a must.
- Excellent communication skills.It's a plus, but not mandatory : - Technology knowledge andexperience at Big Four. - Experience in internal reconciliations ofinformation from banks and processors with each company's CMR.
- Intermediate Spanish .
