Responsible for the provision of appropriate advice and to provide a consultancy services to business leaders and Human Resources Business Partners, ensuring that organisational change is managed in line with relevant policies and associated legislation.

Accountabilities

  • Leads implementation of Employee Relations and broader employee engagement programmes, policies and processes;
  • Contributes to the development of overriding Employee Relations and broader employee engagement programmes and leads development of new policies and guidelines to support these programmes;
  • Manages relationships with senior management stakeholders to define and deliver Employee Relations support services within the market;
  • Supports senior management and to the field services in the area of development of positive Employee Relations;
  • Deliver administration of legally required Employee Relations structures, collective labour agreements and any other provision that may be applicable
  • Coordinates with HR partners to ensure that employment relations updates are also reflected in broader policies and procedures impacted by change
  • Ensures compliance with corporate policies and procedures, as well as local laws and regulations related to Employee Relations;
  • Monitors Employee Relations trends and practices through the analysis of external and internal HR metrics;
  • Manages resolution of Employee Relations issues, liaising with appropriate resources to identify risks and propose appropriate approaches for resolution.

Education, Qualifications, Skills and Experience

Bacharelor Degree

Fluent English

Experience in ER frameworks
