This position must provide operational and technical leadership with Facilities and ensure the account objectives are met across the LATAM region in line with the MSA and agreed KPI’s. Acting with high degree of autonomy and minimal supervision develop procedures and determine methods for achieving these objectives. Responsible for service delivery of full Facilities Management services across LATAM and act as the primary LATAM operational point of contact for all JLL service delivery (as per MSA).
Activities:
Manage all Facilities operations teams and Infrastructure vendors in all client sites across Latam
Manage corrective and preventive maintenances, cleaning services, pest control, security services, mailing, reception and call center, cafeteria and snacks services.
Develop CAPEX, OPEX and Budget controls and forecast and ensure their fullfilment
Maximize profitability for the client
Manage projects, risks and new opportunities within the contract
Identify opportunities for improved operation and service excellence, making recommendations for conduct site inspections and assessments to ensure all building procedures and performance measures are maintained at all times and the provision of a safe workplace
Update and maintain accurate records and share constant reports with the client
Foster a solid relationship with the client across Latam
Requirements
Bachelor´s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Business or other similar courses
Solid experience with Facilities management across Latam
Solid experience with Team managent
Fluency in English (mandatory)
Advanced Spanish
