Work closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure effective execution of Trade Marketing strategies. Market Analysis:
Conduct market analyses to understand consumer demands and competitor activities.
Utilize data to make informed decisions and adjust strategies as needed. Promotion Management:
Develop and manage promotional campaigns, ensuring efficient execution at the point of sale.
Evaluate the return on investment (ROI) of conducted promotions. Partnership Development:
Establish and maintain strategic relationships with clients, partners, and relevant stakeholders. Team Leadership:
If applicable, lead and inspire the Trade Marketing team, providing guidance and support to achieve established goals. Reports and Presentations:
Prepare regular reports on the performance of Trade Marketing strategies.
Present results and recommendations to the executive leadership. Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in Trade Marketing or related roles.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strategic vision and ability to think innovatively.
In-depth knowledge of the market and Trade Marketing practices.
Leadership and teamwork skills.
