Act as a strategic partner and advisor for executives in corporate areas across multiple countries, driving the execution of HR initiatives in collaboration with regional, local HR teams, and Centers of Excellence. Responsibilities include structure review, budgeting, performance management, succession planning, and total rewards alongside client areas. Act as a change agent and advocate for Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DIB) initiatives.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Act as the main HR point of contact for support areas leaders, addressing different HR topics such as compensation, talent planning, and performance management to enhance leaders' efficiency and effectiveness in people management and ensure legal compliance;
  • Labor budget - to develop workforce planning (of the areas of support) with the leaders through the budgeting process, following the compensation guidelines, and the global mobility policies, aligned with the business drives;
  • Talent management - to ensure that effective talent development strategies and actions are being performed by the leaders and employees through the recommended methodologies and corporate programs;
  • Talent Attraction - influence the selection process decisions, through active participation in the candidates’ selection for executive positions, in order to ensure the leadership pipeline for current and future job openings and contribute to the business’s sustainability;
  • Structure design - to co-design with leaders and implement lean sustainable structures that are adaptable to rapidly shifting business demands, through the career path and compensation guidelines established, in order to support the business’s merger and acquisition growth strategy;
  • To partner with leaders in the definition of areas strategies in terms of people management planning, in order to ensure highly capable teams and succession pipeline;
  • To onboard and continuously coach leaders, in order to model behaviors aligned to the company’s culture and to accelerate their readiness for future positions in the company, contributing to the business’ sustainability.

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields;
  • Extensive background in HR roles, particularly within multinational corporations, adeptness in collaborating closely with executive leadership, and proficiency in steering global HR projects and implementing cross-border initiatives;
  • Comprehensive understanding of HR processes, embracing performance management, succession planning, organizational restructuring, and holistic compensation strategies;
  • Proficient in fostering impactful collaborations with stakeholders across various organizational tiers;
  • Strong cultural understanding, thrives in diverse workplaces, and excels in mentoring leaders and staff;
  • Demonstrated dedication to fostering Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging, with a track record of cultivating inclusive workplaces;
  • Fluent in English.

Desirable:

  • Postgraduate studies or MBA in Human Resources Management, Business Management, or related areas;
  • Proficiency in other languages (Italian or Spanish).

Place: Joinville/Brazil - Onsite with the flexibility to work remotely for one day per week.
