What we are looking for?

This role offers an incredible chance to gain hands-on experience in crafting training programs for over 100+ locations spanning across 20+ countries. Job specification:
- Assist in the development and implementation of learning strategies;
- Assist in the creation and design of e-courses and workshops;
- Assist in the design of branded content and supporting strategies;
- Assist in the organization and management of L&D materials;
- Monitor ongoing L&D projects and deliveries;
- Participate in conducting surveys and gathering data for evaluation of training projects;
- Assist the L&D managers with administrative tasks of the department.
Requirements:
- Some background and/or experience in the L&D field/training department;
- Strong communication and organizational management skills;
- Knowledge of Google Office suites;
- Basic data management and analytical skills;
- Graphic design understanding a plus;
- Fluency in Spanish and English mandatory, Portuguese and/or Hebrew a plus.
