The Position

Join our dynamic team at Roche and contribute to meaningful initiatives in sustainability and innovation. Our Global Internship Programme in Innovation & Sustainability #IP2TIS offers a unique opportunity for passionate individuals to gain hands-on experience in the pharmaceutical industry while making a positive impact on the world. As a sustainability and innovation intern, you will work on cutting-edge projects that align with our commitment to environmental responsibility, Social Impact, and forward-thinking solutions.

In the area of Social Responsibility & Sustainability, we intend to measure the Social Impact of some initiatives/projects developed or supported by Roche, so that we can calculate the economic value of the impact of the respective project, using it as a tool for prioritizing investments, adjusting routes when necessary, and promote data-based discussion, engagement and goal setting with stakeholders. Our ambition is to expand the use of a framework that was developed in partnership with a renowned consultancy (Wifor), so that all business areas can measure the Social Impact of a project from its conception. As an intern, you will collect existing data in the literature and apply the calculation methodology, generating a document that demonstrates the burden of treating the disease as it is today versus the socioeconomic impact of implementing an innovative solution.
