The Total Rewards Team is looking for someone driven by the idea of building a valuable employee reward experience. This role will report into the Sr. Director of Global Total Rewards and will be responsible to efficiently administer the foundational components of compensation and benefits and assist in the strategic design and analysis to support a proactive philosophy that supports the overall People strategy at AGCO.

Your Impact

• Responsible for overseeing and administering global compensation and benefits programs
• Using strong operational compensation knowledge, build successful relationships with stakeholders through a proactive approach to designing competitive compensation and benefits programs aligned with AGCO's Total Rewards philosophy 
• Manage Total Rewards Program processes and drive efficiencies through technology and process improvements
• Complete in-depth analysis on various compensation and benefits programs; conduct research, data analyses and identify market trends and make recommendations to support new initiatives or enhancements to existing plans 
• Support global compensation management through the preparation of the annual competitive analysis in the regions of responsibility in order to recommend consistent approach and methodology 
• Keeps abreast of updated or new benefit-related laws, regulations, guidelines and policies. Performs related duties as required. All responsibilities related to compliance and government requirements are considered essential functions of the job.

Your Experience and Qualifications

• Solution-focused professional background success in global Compensation & Benefits, project, and / or infrastructure development.

• Bachelor’s Degree in an HR/business-related field or Finance

• Proficiency with HRIS, and desired working knowledge of SAP, SharePoint and market analysis tools Key Performance Indicators Minimum Qualifications 
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance/Accounting, Business, Economics or related field preferred 
• English proficiency
