We seek someone dynamic, proactive, with excellent communication and experience in luxury hospitality.
Responsibilities include:
- Act in accordance with the standards of luxury hospitality;
- Obtain information about guests' needs and expectations;
- Checking that the VIP category has been correctly assigned;
- Accompanying guests during their stay;
- Up-selling;
- Managing complaints;
- Give feedback on the guest's stay to the General Manager;
- Make the day's line-up;
- Requesting VIP treatments;
- Booking restaurants, excursions, golf, tennis and other requested activities;
- Carrying out guest tours and visits
