Head of Brand is the champion of the brand and its short to mid-term (1-3 years) strategy execution and operational direction, driving consumer awareness, brand salience and per capita consumption of Red Bull through brand management of the marketing mix, including advertising, media, research, campaigns, creative development and project management of strategic brand products and new product launches leading incremental improvements within beverages, as well as the expansion of the brand into new categories. Working closely with the Marketing Director s/he will lead the annual business plan process, creating, planning and executing solid marketing initiatives and campaigns. Manages a team of Senior Managers and Managers.
