FMCG brand marketing skills, knowledge and experience with understanding of competitor activity and consumer behaviour in a brand, FMCG & media context, Previous FMCG and media experience (min 10 yrs Brand / Category/ Media Management), Generates consumer insights and translates them in to successful brand initiatives, Implements the business strategy successfully, while managing associated changes and people processes, Strong analytical ability and commercial acumen to understand financial statements and trends, Effective negotiation and interpersonal skills, Strong first hand exposure to commercial sales, marketing and distributor management, High standard of integrity with a passion for the brand and commitment to Red Bull values, An entrepreneurial ‘can-do’ attitude facilitated by continuous learning and application of appropriate ‘best practices’, Ability to focus and follow through on priorities and deliver quality results, A successful experience in a similar position of leadership & accountability,  ,
