In the Head of Social Creative position, you’ll be responsible for executing and planning the best practices in Social Media and for digital content across multiple accounts, including new business opportunities. This is a role where you will be responsible for being part of a diverse and fast-paced set of projects from beginning to end, including hands-on project management, ad hoc social media consultation, building strategic recommendations, monitoring & optimisations of strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and sustain relationships with senior clients, while ensuring that client relationships at all levels are fostered within the team.
- Creative and strategic input in digital projects for designated clients.
- Work closely with brand marketing managers
- Consolidate feedback from clients to project managers and leading roles.
- Tackle every pitch and new business project, even from industries you never worked for before
- You have an eye to detect business opportunities and develop the right solution.
- Take the lead when needed in front of the clients, and you provide a valuable strategic POV.

- Minimum of 6 years of experience in digital environments in roles such as Social.Media Account Director.
- Deep understanding of marketing principles and programs with an emphasis on social media and digital marketing across strategy, content creation and paid media.
- Ability to understand clients’ business challenges and develop strategies to address those needs.
- Capacity to build and sustain relationships with senior clients, becoming their trusted marketing partner.
- Strong ability to identify new opportunities within current client relationships and design strategies for expansion.
- Comfortable with working on different time zones across the globe.
- A comfort level with data, media and analytics
- Leadership skills that mean others want to work with and for you
- Outstanding communication skills that ensure our message is always clear and compelling to our client partners
