JOB PURPOSE
The Home Care Performance team is a key pillar in the financial and strategic management of the Home Care category in the Americas. The main objectives include managing strategic KPIs, consolidating and influencing the financial planning and supporting business decision-making. Being part of this team is a great opportunity not only to actively participate in business decisions and plans but also to develop essential skills for a career in performance and finance.

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE
·Coordinating and consolidating the financial and operational plan for Home Care, the largest Business Unit of Unilever in the Americas, across all countries in the region.
·Monitoring financial, strategic, and operational KPIs.
·Analyzing and explaining results and conducting P&L simulations.
·Executive presentations.

·Bachelor's degree Completed.
·Advanced English and Portuguese.
·Desirable advanced Spanish.
