ResponsibilitiesSupport the HR Manager in terms of the HR operations, payroll processing, compensation & benefits.Support the HR Manager to implement strategy & Agreement in terms of Employee & Labour Union relations.Provides guidance and implementation assistance to the company's HR policies, practices and strategies.
Job RequirementA Degree in the related job field. Candidate that has received tertiary education in US will be highly preferred.Has good working experience in the Shared Services Center environment / Multinational companies.Strong working experience and familiar working with the Labour Union requirements in the service industry.Extensive knowledge of Labour Legislation and Social ChargesEnglish language – Advanced level (Written and Spoken)Has working experience interacting with Global / International team.Familiar with HRIS systems (Workday, SAP).People oriented and results driven.Candidates will be offer at Senior Analyst level)Availability to work on-site in Campinas.Please submit your resume in English
