We focus on a diverse array of HR solutions including managed services, vendor management, payroll programs, staffing, and more.We are looking for an HR Operations Specialist to manage all onboarding for Brazil candidates. In this role, you will be responsible for onboarding paperwork, background checks, and working with the technology team and Talent Engagement teams to ensure a smooth transition post-onboarding.The Opportunity: Manage key local HR policies and processes including onboarding, employee Benefits, Leave management, offboarding, etc.Act as a single point of contact for candidates and make sure to guide them throughout the onboarding process and answer all their queries.Work closely with account managers and send out daily reports with updates on the status of the onboarding process.Create and implement policies, procedures, and supportive resources in line with local legislation and best practices.Act as the main point of contact, both internally and externally, for labor, union, and employment-related matters, ensuring that all issues are properly identified, investigated, and resolved appropriately ensuring integrity, compliance, & confidentiality.Stay up to date with developments in employment legislation and human resources best practices, and knowledge sharing with the team to ensure continuous improvement in the service offered. Identify and communicate the implications to the business. What you bring: A degree in human resources/business or a related field is a plus.A minimum of 2 years experience working in HR operations or a similar role.Must be able to conduct business in English.Working knowledge of basic employment law.Experience working with HRIS platforms and MS Suite.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational and time management skills.High numerical aptitude.Detail-oriented.
