Are you a people person and want to help us find new talent? We are looking for an HR Recruiting Intern that can develop the required skills and strategies to ensure an amazing New Joiners Experience. With focus on supporting end to end Recruitment processes in Brazil, the person in this position will be involved in all steps of Recruiting, from the application stage to the offer process, evaluating the skill level, driving interview process and the closing of candidates. We're looking for someone that can: Job Responsibilities: Support Recruiting end-to-end process for Experienced and Senior roles. Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers. Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates for open positions. Conduct research and assist in the development of creative sourcing strategies. Facilitate and maintain an active pipeline of Diverse Talent. Support the team in organizing recruitment events, and other talent acquisition initiatives. Collaborate with the HR team to enhance the overall candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities: Currently studying towards your university degree in Business Administration or correlated areas. Completion of University bachelor’s degree: December/2025 or later Availability to work 6hs a day with 1 hour for lunch. Fluent English or Advanced level. Willingness to learn and work with Recruiting related activities!
