The Track Implementation Consultant III is a senior role that is responsible for working with customers to understand their operational requirements and workflows to translate them into Track system configuration. This role will serve as an expert on the Track operations modules and help to supply top-tier support for customer validation, the launch of the customer in the go-live week, and provide post-go-live support. Additionally, this role will facilitate historical and future reservation data in conjunction with Track’s EDI team. This role will partner with other Consultants on the team to ensure they understand best practices in the configuration of Track and assign the creation of processes to better the Track Professional Services team.
This position is a critical element of our TRACK team and ensures customers are delighted with the TRACK software at launch - ultimately ensuring customer retention and expansion.

Do these responsibilities describe what you like doing?
Work with the project team on assigned implementation projects with the client to truly understand their business needs, how they perform day-to-day functions, and overall business operations to partner with our clients
Will provide configuration and set up recommendations to the client for best utilization of our software.
Lead the go-live and post-go-live support of assigned projects.
Perform data migration work in conjunction with the Track EDI team.
Assist in the validation of clients' database setup & configuration.
Holds certifications in their specialized fields.
Able to lead internal training calls when needed.
Holds and demonstrates a firm understanding of best practices in their specialized field
Coaching and training TRACK Implementation Consultants on the system and how to appropriately implement each module of the software as well as new features that are released in the software
Troubleshooting issues as they arise in the implementation process ensuring the project continues on time, on budget, and accurately
Communicate project status and disseminates project information to assigned Track project managers on a regular basis
Serve as a Subject Matter Expert for assigned escalations from the Track Support team
Able to juggle and prioritize numerous tasks from multiple Project Managers in a fast-paced environment
Travel to meet with customers as necessary
Other duties as assigned
What are some must-haves?
Requires a bachelor’s degree or an equivalent field or discipline
3 to 5 years of hospitality and/or software industry experience, directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified
Must be passionate about the success of the customer
Must possess a desire for continual improvement on all duties and responsibilities specified
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Self-motivated, able to apply best practices, and contribute to continual improvement initiatives
Must be able to train others with strong presentation and facilitation skills
Diligent work ethic and efficiency
Ability to work in a very fast-paced growth environment with ease
