Smelter is an AI-based SaaS platform that helps brands listen to their customers online and keep an eye on their competitors. The platform collects and analyses customer feedback, helping make conclusions about a brand and its competitors’ brand position in media and social media. Thanks to its advanced ML and AI algorithms, a wide spectrum of data analytics capabilities is available. Please note that we only consider candidates with a resume in English. Currently, we are continuing to expand our business in Latin America and are looking for an Inbound Sales Executive. Tasks that await you: Managing a funnel of inbound leads using a CRM system (HubSpot) Contacting prospects by telephone/virtual meetings and email to analyze their needs and handle objections Working collaboratively with the Account Executive team to generate quality opportunities for them to provide demos to prospects Identifying and creating new qualified sales opportunities from inbound leads Meeting and exceeding monthly and quarterly KPIs Being a positive, helpful, uplifting team member We expect that you: Have at least one year of experience in B2B SaaS sales in the role of an inbound or outbound Sales Executive Have proven experience working with CRMs Have conversational proficiency in English for effective communication with international colleagues Have experience writing succinct, crisp emails and have a strong presence over calls and other channels Have experience in researching prospects' strategic pains and needs, and formulating specific and strong value proposition-centric engagement Have a strong desire to grow further in SaaS sales development Have an all-in commitment and desire to be surrounded by high energy people striving to make a real difference Our benefits: Performance bonuses every month Competitive salary Start-up driven culture and dynamic work environment in our highly innovative and growing company Fast career growth opportunities Friendly and motivated team in our office in Sao Paolo (hybrid work mode with three days in-office, two remote) Well-structured and highly efficient onboarding process
