What You’ll Do
As an Industrial Automation Engineer, you will be responsible for leading a team of professionals, coordinating and managing projects, ensuring timely delivery, and providing technical guidance and support. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients to understand requirements and develop innovative solutions. Additionally, you will mentor and train team members, conduct performance evaluations, and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
