Department Description Inside Sales is a vital part of each regional sales team. We are the first point of contact for new clients. We provide resources for various regions globally. Our role includes assisting with project details and generating new business. Job Description • Work with the Inside Sales Director - International to implement new hire training/coaching process to ensure that all Inside Sales Representatives are prepared to perform job duties and all behaviors protect and properly represent the Motorola Solutions brand. • Manage team to generate new leads via outbound calling, email, and marketing campaigns. • Manage team to ensure that all activities are documented in Salesforce.com as prescribed by the Inside Sales Director - International. • Responsible for open territories within the LATAM region and will assist any needs for that territory. • Develop, manage, and proactively nurture the team concept/relationship between the Inside Sales Representatives and the RSM/RSDs. • Ensure timely follow-ups on all new sales leads that are generated from sales, tradeshows, tele sales, marketing, referrals, partners, website, consultants, and call campaigns. • Manage team to ensure timely follow-ups to inbound phone calls, emails, marketing requests, partner phone calls, and all sales related requests assigned by the Inside Sales Director - International. • Develop outbound and inbound sales call scripting to be used by the Inside Sales Team, subject to the Inside Sales Director - International's approval. • Research and provide feedback on leads lists and customer lists offered by 3rd party vendors. • Develop, implement, and manage lead follow-up process. • Manage employees assigned by the Inside Sales Director - International. • Manage team to ensure timely responses to requests for proposals and quotes from prospective customers. • Participate in the development and implementation of training materials. • Maintain a working knowledge of competitive offerings. • Develop, implement, and manage a process to identify key surveillance market influencers, establish contact with them, and demonstrate to them the superiority and utility of our products. • Participate in all interviews with the Inside Sales Director - International. • Mentor and coach individually on all situations that arise. • Conduct one on one meetings to help coach and guide team. Provide feedback on challenges and success that can help everyone grow their career. • Collaborate with the Sales Field Team, including Regional Sales Managers (RSM), Regional Sales Directors (RSD) and other members of the sales team as directed. • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales objectives for your assigned territory. • Interface with Sales Team in each area directed and defined by the Inside Sales Director - International. • Attend tradeshows and professionally participate in booth duty within the Avigilon booth at various marketing events if asked. Basic Requirements • Proactively utilize strong problem-solving skills to deliver customer-focused solutions. • Educate team members on respective business processes and procedures- proactively continue to understand products & solutions. • Demonstrate active listening and consultative coaching skills. • Display strong verbal communication skills. • Exercise multi-tasking skills when managing multiple systems and applications. • Utilize internal business tools and applications to effectively qualify and resolve team members or customer’s issues. This involves multi-tasking between systems while interacting with them. • Two to five years of experience within an Inside Sales organization • Preferred experience with technology sales, cold calling, and webinars. • Preferred Salesforce and Outreach experience. • Required native or fluent Spanish, Portuguese and English languages , all verbal & writing.
