Responsibilities
Location São Paulo, São PauloBRJob ID REQ-052656 - Monitor customer needs to offer opportunities for new products and services. - Monitor the level of satisfaction of strategically important customers, visiting them frequently and developing actions for their qualification and maintenance. - Actively participate in market events, such as: fairs, congresses, workshops, seminars, publication of articles, etc., with the objective of promoting and strengthening the PerkinElmer brand. - Promote the sale of the company's supplies and services. - Keep up to date on the company's products and those of the competition. - Develop new customers in strategic or unusual markets. - Identify in your customer portfolio those customers that are common among other areas of the company, such as:, Food, Applied Market, and Services, in order to establish a standardized communication and the same pricing strategy, contracts and technical support, among others; - Attend and actively participate in sales meetings. - Resolve problems of medium difficulty and complexity, with assistance from previous levels, if necessary. - Receive supervision on an occasional basis, acting with great autonomy. - Provide technical support to the work team through presentations, training and/or customer visits. This position had administrative and field-based responsibilities. Expected travel of 50% in the field.
