Honeywell is seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Inspector Level 1 to join our Integrated Supply Chain team in Chonburi, Thailand. This role is crucial for maintaining the highest standards of quality control and ensuring that all products meet our rigorous specifications and customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform Inspections: Conduct thorough inspections of products, specifically Heat spreader appearance, to ensure compliance with customer specifications.
- Test Parts and Raw Material: Evaluate the quality of parts and materials used in production to ensure they meet required standards.
- Monitor and Verify Quality: Continuously monitor production processes and verify the quality of products, identifying and addressing any discrepancies.
- Recommend Improvements: Suggest enhancements to production processes to improve overall product quality.
- Conform to Specifications: Ensure all products strictly adhere to specified quality standards and customer requirements.
- Record Observations: Accurately document observations and results from quality inspections.
- Audit Quality Control Programs: Evaluate the effectiveness of existing quality control programs and recommend improvements.
- Develop Specs and Procedures: Assist in developing specifications and procedures to enhance quality practices.
- Support Quality Initiatives: Participate in activities to support customer requests and collaborate with co-functional teams to minimize downtime.
MUST HAVE:
- A High School Diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
- Experience in quality control inspection, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment, is highly valued.
WE VALUE:
- Knowledge of labeling requirements and quality control inspection practices and procedures.
- Proficiency in using tools and techniques for conducting tests.
- Ability to lift up heavy items for handling materials and products.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey important and specific information clearly.
- Good analytical and creative problem-solving abilities.
- Experience reading and understanding technical data and specifications.
