Intern / Student - IT Infrastructure Support

Your responsibilities

• IT Infrastructure Support: servers of different types - network upgrades, switching, routers - support for different infrastructure projects.
• Working with marketing and other departments to prepare sales plans and bids, ensuring technical and financial accuracy.
• Working with the wider sales team to identify and develop new market opportunities.
• Using your knowledge of customers’ needs and ABB’s solutions to determine effective solutions for customers.
• Monitoring customer and market trends along with the marketing team to develop effective marketing activities.

Your background

• Student of Bachelor's Degree in Systems, Systems Engineering, Computer Engineering, Telecommunication Engineering.
• Knowledge of OSI Model (network interconnection)
• Installation and management of patches
• Best practices in IT (ITIL/DevOps)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Advanced English level.
