How the day will look like
You will be responsible to manage a very important area inside our operations team. In this position you have the responsability to assess and control our cases for errors & omissions and fraud; doing a deep dive in the cases and developing a action plan, with the necessary stakeholders such as IT and our solution lines, to solve it. You will also be responsible for:
- Presenting the results for our risk committee;
- Look into process improvement in the team;
- Base decision making on data;
- Manage and engage a small team.

- Proven knowledge in fraud prevention and errors & omissions assessment;
- Be able to work in a fast pace environment with multiple stakeholders;
- Proven ability to work together with different projects and teams;
- Have the ability to work as a multiskilled professional;
- Previous experience as a leader;
- Advanced English is a must.
