11．Lead improvement project and prepare production report regularly主导改善项目及定期准备相关生产报告
12. Shift, cell, functional & cross - function and labor resource re-arrangement maintenance 班次, 生产单元, 岗位及交叉技能和劳动力的协调和维护
13.周及日生产计划执行结果的跟踪, 与生产计划之间的及时沟通

14. Troubleshoot cell manufacturing flow, operation, and quality problems及时解决生产单元遇到的生产、质量问题.
15. Arrange daily production plan and resource reasonable to improve productivity and reduce OT; L/T合理安排日生产计划及生产资源，以提高生产效率，降低OT，缩短L/T;
16. Obey and comply with HSE regulation requirement; take implementation with HSE procedure requirement. 遵守和符合健康、安全和环保（HSE）法规要求和按照健康、安全和环保（HSE）规章制度执行。
Must have:
Bachelor degree and above
本科及以上文化程度
Minimum of 3 years of related experience
具有3年以上相关工作经验。
Basic competency: familiar with production process.

Core competency: Communication, coordin-ation, and cell management
核心能力：沟通、协调能力强，生产管理能力

Good to have:
Business Administration, Engineering or Manufacturing Management
企业管理, 工程技术或制造管理专业
JV or WOFE cell leader experience 合资或独资型企业生产管理工作经验。
