Job Profile / Activities:

The Project Manager is accountable for ensuring successful completion of assignments, on-time, within budge. The principal responsibility of the Project Manager is to manage the planning and execution of assigned activities including governing and managing IT Risk, Controls and Compliance projects.  Additionally, the incumbent will be responsible for managing the project charter, communications, metrics, reporting, and the overall project plan and budget for any projects assigned. 

-Incumbent will support various project teams and obtain/provide a variety of information starting at concept stage and continuing through prototype, pilot, implementation and follow-up stages of various projects.

-Develop and produce project management schedules, timelines, burn-up/burn-down charts in various tools. 

-Manage change and take active leadership in driving timely decision making and documentation.

-Responsible for timely and accurate report-outs to stakeholders which may include department heads, managers, supervisors, vendors, etc.

-Responsible for adherence to Department's Risk, Issue and Decision Management process including documentation, reporting and remediation. 

-May also be responsible for performing other job duties occasionally as assigned.

-Specific work assignments may be as follows: Plan and lead program and project planning sessions. The incumbent will function independently in leading a large, diverse program or project planning session. Responsibilities also include preparation and pre-work for the session as well as follow up and action ownership. The position will mentor/coach the leadership team and address leadership issues one-on-one with senior divisional and department management.

-The incumbent must have the ability to adapt to diverse business climates. The incumbent must be able to control the planning sessions – able to stop any side bar conversations constructively, and they must be able to keep the team focused on the objectives. Provide input for staffing and support of programs and create accurate and detailed schedules.

-Interpret & communicate Voice of the Customer (VOC), Voice of Business (VOB), and Critical Customer Requirements (CCR) to develop a comprehensive Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) to reduce program risk and enhance project schedule quality.

Basic Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor Degree

Experience: 6-8 years of IT Project Management Experience and broad knowledge of international company policies and processes, and company products and customers with direct project management experience. Experience acting as Project Manager of IT Risk & Controls projects.

Language : Advanced English

Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills to deal with people. Team leadership skills, excellent communication skills, conflict management, accountability, analytical and organizational skills and influencing people skills. Experience in leading and facilitating meeting and presentations.

Desirable Qualifications:

Previous Black Belt experience

Scrum

PMP Certification
