We are looking for a LATAM Compensation & Benefits Specialist to join our HR team . Based in Sorocaba/SP Brazilyou will be responsible for administering compensation plans (short term / Long term incentive), promotion, salary structures, benchmark initiatives and global mobility end to end process (inbound/outbound) ensuring the attraction and retention of the best professionals encouraging employees to achieve and to exceed the objectives recognizing performance and leveraging business across different countries in Latam, thus contributing to the profitability and sustainable results.

Responsibilities

  • Responsibility includes compensation, local/regional awards, sales incentives, total cash concept to ensure compensation/benefits practices are competitive and in line with business goals;
  • Provide compensation support and consultation to HR business partners, managers, and employees on various compensation matters, such as job offers, promotions, transfers, and retention;
  • Support the development and implementation of compensation policies, procedures, and guidelines;
  • Support in annual compensation planning processes, such as merit, bonus, and long-term incentive programs;
  • Create, drive and further develop salary positioning methodology and benefits offerings;
  • Manage the administration and communication of the long-term incentive plans, including equity grants, vesting, and reporting;
  • Analyze and interpret compensation benchmarks to ensure market competitiveness;
  • Build a strong and strategic Compensation KPIs across the region.
  • Manage the end-to-end immigration and relocation processes for employees who move internationally in collaboration with external vendors and internal stakeholders;
  • Ensure compliance with immigration and tax laws and regulations, and monitor changes and updates in different countries;
  • Provide guidance and education to employees and managers on mobility policies, benefits and processes; identifying opportunities for improvement and optimization, besides that to build metrics and trends;
  • Manage all Comp 3rd party suppliers;

Who are we looking for?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business foreign affairs or related field
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in compensation and benefits functions, with in-depth knowledge of the Latam market practices
  • Experience with Workday, SAP or other HRIS systems will be a plus
  • Advanced Excel skills and also MS office package
  • Knowledge on Dashboard/KPIs will be a plus
  • Knowledge with immigration and relocation vendors will be a plus
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, project management and leadership skills
  • Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal and management skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Fluent in English and advance in Spanish
