Job Description Summary:

Position Overview

The FP&A Senior Manager will collaborate with networked teams across Platform Services and LAOU. Support the Topline Director to orchestrate critical projects to deliver our Objective agenda.

This role is responsible for regional FP&A processes for LATAM Operating Unit to deliver performance and Management report requirements at close, RE, and BP cycle. Focusing on all lines of the P&L, Unit Case Sales, Concentrate Shipments, Revenues, Cogs and other areas within FP&A such as profit &value sharing agreements, DMI, OPEX, Capex and Working Capital.

The role will be networked with the Operating Unit, the FP&A Process Transformation Team, the other Service Delivery teams, Genpact, the Centre and other areas of Financial Services. The role helps to optimize and standardize manual processes on FP&A, works across the financial hub to ensure successful practices and standardization worldwide as a true network enabler & change agent.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field with MBA and/or CPA preferred.

  • 5+ years of relevant financial experience in a multinational company with a global footprint.

  • Strong organizational and planning abilities, teamwork, and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate and execute strategies.

  • Strong demonstration of business acumen, financial competency, global mindset, effective communication, operational excellence, systems proficiency, change adaptability, flexibility, being able to operate in ambiguous situations, business partnership and collaboration, and innovation.

  • Advanced financial analysis and problem-solving skills – the ability to explore strategic options, develop creative solutions to complex business issues, and/or support decision-making.

  • Experience in other business functions and field operation will be a plus.

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools and Power BI

What You’ll Do for Us

  • Collaborative business partnership with OU to develop and execute FP&A support to drive decision-making.

  • Business Planning / Rolling Estimate Process: The ability to apply forecasting techniques and skills to evaluate business goals and strategies, analyzing information to derive insights and implications to initiate planning and RE-planning.

  • Leverage analysis and insights produced by Platform Services, Operating Units, and Functions and produce ad-hoc analysis required to support rotating priorities whether specific initiatives i.e. Project / Ad-hoc base within FP&A or other Functions/Departments or a specific process e.g. Actuals, ABP, RE, Conciliation, ad-hoc analysis), while ensuring quality and timeliness to support the OU Finance team and interactions with the bottler through better insights and financial analysis to impact the quality of business decisions.

  • You are part of the FP&A Service Delivery Team and foster a strong collaboration with the OU, Bottlers & Genpact

  • You will operate within a framework set by and in collaboration with the Process Transformation Team and will highlight where there is room to do things more efficient and/or effective to improve the service and deliverables.

  • You will work with stakeholders to prioritize work activities and initiatives appropriately and ensure quality of information provided to stakeholders through validations, consistency & review routines.

  • The Senior Manager, Financial Analysis will report to the Director, LATAM FP&A - Topline, in FP&A Service Delivery Line LATAM OU of the Finance Hub.
