Team Overview and Job responsibilities

We are looking for a LATAM S&OP Specialist to join our team.

Based in Sorocaba, Brazil , reporting to LatAm S&OP Manager, you will be responsible Ensure the S&OP methodology application, improving the process and keeping the alignment between the Countries in the region.

You will focus on the following activities:

- Creates, monitors, and maintains S&OP process, assuring the continuous improvement of maturity level focusing on execution and quality of all steps of the process as well as assuring the metrics and key performance indicators , identifying risks and opportunities and respecting the assumptions and targets defined in conjunction with the involved areas and countries

- Identify, evaluate and contribute to the implementation of S&OP best practices

- Guarantee the continuous improvement of main KPIs, keeping the reports of S&OP, stock and production levels, service level, supporting countries with Lean methodology

- Develops advanced analytical tools and reporting to support the entire S&OP process

- Ensures the critical analysis of inventory levels to support Company goals and manages the development of creative solutions to inventory issues

- Develop routine and keep information on manufacturing capacity updated in order to optimize the available capacity in the region

- To develop and lead trainings in Supply Chain Prysmian Academy

- Prepare executive reports for the Board of Directors, pointing out deviations and proposing the necessary adjustments.

Who are we looking for?

  • Bachelor's degree: in Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Logistics Management, Business Administration
  • Experience in Demand Planning, S&OP and production planning, with demonstrated understanding of supply chain and production planning processes and inventory management.
  • Knowledge of S&OP Process, Production planning, Inventory Management
  • Knowledge of ERP SAP, Advanced Excel
  • Language: Advanced English and Spanish
