EndereçoAs Lead NPI manuf. specialist you will be in charge of project management related to production readiness of military product. You will be responsible to coordinate teams, such as product management, engineering, supply chain to deliver expected result in multi parties, countries (Italy, Czech, Spain, Poland, Germany) environment. You will be acting with autonomy, but guided by your leader and established policies or review of end results.
Essential Responsibilities
Responsibility for designing and setting up the processes concerning manufacture of hardware parts for aircraft engine
Coordination and supervision of production capacity, capability, contracts with suppliers, etc.
Managing active cooperation of departments: supply chain and engineering
Creating reports for management
TG management
Qualifications/Requirements
High school Diploma is required
Experience with launch management
Strong and proven experience in project management and team coordination
Proven experience in Manufacturing & Production Process and Equipment
Availability to make business trips to Europe
Advanced knowledge of Excel
Fluent in Italian and English language, both written and spoken
Work visa in accordance with local regulation

Desired Characteristics
An OMLP graduate will be considered a plus
Basics in czech and/or spanish are advantageous
Ability to analyze and resolve problems efficiently
