Lead Project Management Specialist
We have an opportunity for a Lead Project Management Specialistto join us at Honeywell in Warsaw, PL. As a Lead Project Management Specialist here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing projects from start to finish. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective project management strategies. Your strong leadership skills and ability to think strategically will drive results and contribute to the success of our initiatives.
You will report directly to our Project Management Director, and you'll work out of our Warsaw, Poland location on a hybrid work schedule. This is a hybrid role, 3 + 2 days model.
In this role, you will make an impact by effectively managing projects and ensuring their successful execution. Your ability to collaborate across teams and manage resources effectively will play a crucial role in achieving our project objectives and maintaining a competitive edge in the industry.

• Lead and manage projects from initiation to completion

YOU MUST HAVE
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in project management
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Proficient in project management tools and software
