Activities:
· management of partner law firms;
· drafting, analysis and review of commercial contracts (business contracts and institutional contracts) of different levels of complexity;
· power of attorney review;
· management of contract signing processes;
· contract management platform;
. preparation of presentation;
Requirements:
· 2nd or 3rd year law student.
· English (reading, writing and speaking) - will be tested.
· Desirable: previous experience in the area of contracts in a company or law firm.
· Have responsibility and commitment.
