What You’ll Do:
As a Senior Consultant, you’ll wear two hats: one as a savvy business developer and the other as a hands-on delivery expert. Here’s what your role entails:
Commercial Scope:
- Market Relationship Building
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within the Life Sciences industry
- Be the go-to expert for clients seeking top talent
- Business Mapping and Generation
- Identify business opportunities and translate them into successful partnerships
- Thrive as both a hunter and a farmer, nurturing existing connections while seeking new ones.
Delivery Scope (End-to-End Recruitment):
- Understand client requirements and align job specifications
- Strategically promote job openings across various channels
- Screen and evaluate candidate profiles.
- Conduct targeted talent mapping (hunting)
- Facilitate internal interviews (video and/or in-person)
- Prepare and format materials for client presentations
- Oversee the entire selection process (interview scheduling, follow-up, offer letter presentation)
- Provide post-hiring support (aftercare).
Qualifications:
- Advanced English proficiency .
- Availability for onsite work (4 days/week) .
- Demonstrated proactivity, initiative, and collaborative work style .
- Bonus points : Experience in the Life Sciences domain .
