Your job in a nutshell:
We are actively seeking for a Linux Tech Expert with Katello knowledge and German skills to join our TS Customized Services Team!
What Will You Be Doing:
Operations management
- Linux (Katello) - AIX (OS, HW, Logical Partitions)
Further tasks
- Participation in transition projects and implementation of our customers' requirements and implementation of these solutions;
- Responsibility for the customization and creation of technical documentation, reports and reports for customers, technical administrators and manager;
- Independent analysis and solution of technical problems and errors;
- Incident and problem management;
- Responsible for identifying common incidents and responding to queries and disruptions and initiating problem management (This includes the coordination of the problem record, i.e. bringing together the relevant processors and actively participating in workarounds in order to later develop a corresponding solution and the documentation of the problem record);
- In change management, the corresponding changes are coordinated with those involved and the change is created independently according to our processes;
Requirements
Professional Skills:
- Extensive professional experience in the field of Linux & Katello / AIX HWs;
- English and German language knowledge;
- Current certifications in the subject area are an advantage;
Behavioral Skills:
- Ability to work in a team, customer orientation, flexibility, mobility.
