LOGISTICS SPECIALIST, BRAZIL
Kemira Operational Excellence drives efficient and agile end-to-end processes through internal improvement initiatives, supply chain management, sourcing, product stewardship and regulatory affairs, and the Gdansk business service center.
We are seeking for a Logistics Specialist. The position will located in Telemaco Borba, Brazil.
In this role you will be responsible for:

• Scheduling with carriers and monitor deliveries;
• Monitor and verify in the system the freight costs;
• Update domestic freight costs in the system;
• Support the quotation of spot freight for products and equipment;

What you'll bring to the team:

• Maintain control and archiving of delivery receipts;
• Monitoring and archiving of meeting minutes and monthly indicators of logistics suppliers;
• Monitor the general documentation of logistics suppliers in the tool used for document management;
• Carry out requests for logistical services via the system (PRs);
• Provide support on EHSQ topics for the logistics sector;
• Follow up with source plants regarding order confirmations and delivery dates;
• Analysis and approval of import documents;
• Support the sales team and customer queries and requirements regarding their processes.
• Create and monitor complaints arising from logistics processes.

Qualification

• Education (in progress / completed): Business Administration or Administration with emphasis on Foreign Trade or Logistics
• Languages: intermediate English and Spanish.
• Experience: 1+ year of experience in Supply Chain.
• Training / Desired Courses: Microsoft Office: Excel, Internet, Outlook, Power Point, Word; Windows, SAP Knowledge.
