WHAT YOU'LL DO
Are you looking to develop yourself and your career with a successful and dynamic, international consultancy? Do you thrive on planning, prioritizing, and supporting others? Then you could be our new Management Assistant.
You will be assisting Project Leaders and Directors in the Copenhagen office managing the constantly evolving calendars and logistics. With your support we make it possible for our Project Leaders to perform and deliver to our clients. While our Project Leaders spend most of their time at our clients, you’ll be surrounded by your colleagues in the Operation Team. Here, we work in an international, dedicated and creative environment with inquisitive and collaborative people who are flexible and willing to help fellow team-members and collaborate across functions.
Most of your day will consist of managing and maintaining complex Outlook calendars, scheduling meetings and planning logistics. In addition to this, tasks will also include:
- Planning and coordinating travel needs i.e., transfers, flights, hotels, visas, etc.
- Planning and coordinating internal events
- Handling expenses on a continuous basis
- Printing, binding, and coordinating presentation materials
- Providing back-up and administrative support to assistant colleagues
YOU'RE GOOD AT
You’re dynamic, hardworking, and able to work with little direction to support our stakeholders. You don’t sweat the small stuff and show strong attention to detail and accuracy even when things move fast. You’re a team player with “can do attitude” and solutions oriented. Building strong working relationships with key stakeholders and colleagues comes natural to you. You always look for new ways to contribute, to learn and to develop – for yourself and for BCG.
YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)
A bachelor’s degree and two to three years of assistant experience in a fast-paced business environment is the best starting point, but not a requirement, for you to succeed in this role. In addition, customer service experience skills is also an advantage. You know MS Office well and your English skills are at a professional level.
