We are looking for a Managing Director to lead the market expansion plan and implement global strategies and guidelines with a focus on increasing performance and team management.
The Managing Director will be responsible for managing the Brazilian business unit, with responsibility for the Latam market. In addition to ensuring improved performance in line with global strategies and guidelines, the main focus of work will be commercial, but it will also be responsible for managing operations and back office.
Main responsabilities:
- Lead the local team to attain goals of profitable growth and customer satisfaction according to financial targets aligned with the strategic plan and frequently report;
- Responsible for the business’ development, identifying and implementing tatical and strategic actionsaimed to enter and expand into relevant markets;
- Provide strategic advice to region Director and the board, besides other stakeholders;
- Group Governance implementation and support processes standardization;
- Responsible for the business’ performance,reporting performance in the periodic business review, coordinating the activities ofthe annual budget, and maximizing results and optimizing structure’s cost, marginality improvement;
- Represent the Company in all possible relations with internal reports as well as external entities;
- Lead and empower a high-performing and collaborative team.
- Strong background in business development;
- Analytical ability;
- Excellent understanding of legal contracts and knowledge of regulatory hurdles;
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, persuasiveness, problem solving and decision makingability;
- Expertise with team building skills, who can motivate and move teams todeliver, and conflict resolution management;
- MBA in Business Management;
- Experience in leadership roles;
- Experience in a multinational group;
- Advanced skills in written and spoken English, Spanish and Portuguese.
