The team collaborates with Sales and Marketing, playing a central role in the success of the Demand Generation function
 

About the Role
 

As the client's first contact, the role initiates the sales cycle and sets the relationship tone. Success is reliant on communication skills and professionalism.
 

Responsibilities
 

  • Responding to and qualify inbound leads promptly.
  • Utilizing various tactics (phone, email, social, chat) to qualify inbound demand
  • Engaging in meaningful conversations, capturing business needs, and recording gathered insights.
  • Scheduling Sales appointments and recording feedback for Marketing.


Requirements
 

  • Experience in customer-focused, performance-driven, high-growth
    sales, service, or marketing teams
  • Have interpersonal skills for effective communication and
    relationship-building with diverse personalities
  • Demonstrate researching and problem-solving abilities, including analytical skills to derive actionable insights
  • Manage LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Groove/Outreach, and adaptable to new technologies
  • Demonstrate written and verbal communication skills, active listening ability, and a detail-oriented, methodical approach
  • Have native/fluent Portuguese and English, fluency in Spanish will be a differential
